REGISTRATION FEES *

  • $90 – Tee Ball / Rookie / Farm – $90
  • $125 – Minor / Major
  • $145 – Juniors

* Fees include team hat, jersey, and socks. Pants and belt are not included. Full refunds are available until registration closes (January 30). There are no refunds after January 31. An email must be sent to tahoetallaclittleleague@gmail.com that states your intention to withdraw.

WHAT IS NEEDED TO COMPLETE REGISTRATION

  • Completed registration application (download here)
  • Player’s birth certificate
  • Medical Release Form (download here)
  • Parent Code of Conduct Form (download here)
  • Verify that you are within our boundaries (here).  If you are not within our boundaries, you will need one of these two forms to play for our league:
    • Regulation II (d) – If you lived within Tahoe Tallac boundaries last year, but moved outside of them this year you will need this in you registration packet to continue playing for us
    • Regulation IV (h) – If your child(ren) do not reside within Tahoe Tallac Little League Boundaries, but currently attend a school within our boundaries
      • Also required if using your child’s school as residency, is the School Requirements form (download here)
  • Three (3) forms/proofs of residency (see below for details)
  • Birth certificate and proofs of residency can be turned in at on-site registration or e-mailed to tahoetallaclittleleague@gmail.com
  • Registration fees (see above for details)

RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS

A player will be deemed to reside within the league boundaries if:

A. His/her parents are living together and residing within league boundaries
B. Either of the player’s parents (or court-appointed guardian) resides within league boundaries

Residence shall be established and supported by documents, dated  or in force between February 1 2016 and February 1 2017, from THREE OR MORE of the following cateogries to determine residency of parents/guardians:

  • Driver’s license
  • Voter’s registration
  • School records
  • Welfare/child care records
  • Federal records
  • State records
  • Local records
  • Support payment records
  • Homeowner or tenant records
  • Utility bills (i.e. gas, electric, water/sewer, phone, heating, waste)
  • Financial (loan, credit, investments, etc.) records
  • Insurance documents
  • Medial records
  • Military records
  • Internet, cable, or satellite records
  • Vehicle records
  • Employment records
